I am a Program Process Improvement business leader with The Coca-Cola Company. My passion for redefining capabilities and driving objectives to the highest level of global business is the same passion I give to Catlanta Care. With my international travel, I have come across so many felines in heartbreaking situations. My concern and ability to help them lead me to focus on helping where I can make a difference, which is here in the Atlanta Metro area

I support Catlanta Care as the TNR concept is a great way to help a group that can’t help itself. I would never have called myself a cat person as a young adult, but I am a compassionate person, and I am 100% supportive of my daughter’s passion. When I look back on my small amount of time here on this earth, I want to know that I made the lives of a few cats better. Through our work, we can place kittens into shelters where they can get adopted. We can provide medical care so they can have a start at living a healthy life.

Our current feral cat population is a problem created by man as we did not take the appropriate steps to get our felines spayed and neutered. We have inadvertently caused much unnecessary suffering. In my lifetime, I would love to see every cat have a home but statistically every person would have to adopt 8 cats. I would love to see our shelters used as temporary shelters or as short-term care facilities. I know we are many years away from this, yet it is good to know that change starts with us. Big changes start with average people who decide to do something about a problem. Zoe Piti was a 19-year-old who decided she could do something about feral and stray cats in the Atlanta metro area which I 100% support her passion.

Our organization is small with a few volunteers, but we are making a huge difference to many cats. Nothing makes a parent happier than to see she has raised a compassionate young adult who has decided she can make a difference in the lives of cats.
