Family Foster #3
The third group of kittens we fostered over the summer of 2017. They came to the shelter around 5 weeks old, without a mother, and with a lot of health issues including upper respiratory infections and swollen eyes. They were all super skittish at first, but one by one they started warming up to us.
The fluffy tabby kitten was named Maxie, and she was the bravest and friendliest. She loved all people and exploring, and she loved pets and attention. She was adopted into a home with another kitten very quickly after arriving at the shelter.
The tabby kitten with white paws was named Maeve, and she was very sweet and the calmest of the bunch. She loved pets and attention, and she was adopted the first weekend she was at the shelter.
The tabby kitten without white paws was named Sam. He was more timid out of the bunch yet once he warmed up he had a huge personality. He loved playing, chasing toys and playing with his siblings. He was adopted his first weekend at the shelter.
The black kitten with more brown in her fur was named Whitney. Like her sister Maeve, she was sweet and one of the calmer kittens. She loved attention on her terms and loved sunbathing. She was adopted very quickly after arriving at the shelter.
Last but not least was the second of the two black kittens, who we named Ella. Ella was the most timid, but once she came out of her shell she was a bundle of energy and love. She was very affectionate and adored all of her siblings. She was adopted quickly after arriving at the shetler.
